Here's some

  • When will the phone arrive?
    The phone will arrive at least two days before your event. If you need the phone to arrive sooner please contact us by chat or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I lock the date first?
    Yes. You can submit a deposit of RM100 and your date is locked. Full payment required before shipping.
  • How long does the battery last?
    Full charge will last for 24 hours.
  • What if the phone arrive early?
    The phone rental period starts a day before your event. If the phone arrive early, it will be on us.
  • How do I setup the phone?
    Detailed instructions are included with the phone. You can also call us to walk you through the setup process.
  • When will I receive my voicemails?
    You will receive your voicemail in an USB 2-4 weeks after we receive the phone back to our office.
  • Where should I put the phone for my event?
    We recommend it on a entrance table, where people easily see it. Remember it's battery-operated, so you can move it whenever you want.
  • Is shipping free?
    Yes, it's free shipping. We will also include a prepaid return label with the phone.
  • How many can store audio recordings?
    Unlimited. All of your guests in your event can use it.
  • Is there an instructional sign included with the phone?
    Yes, we include a frameable sign printed on 8R frame.
  • How do I return the phone?
    A return shipping bag with label will be included in the box. Simply place the phone back in the box shipping bag & seal it. Then return it by dropping it off to nearest POS MALAYSIA. Make sure to return the phone within two business days after your event.
  • Does the phone require a power outlet or WiFi ?
    Our phones do not require power or WiFi to operate. It is fully charged, but we recommend you to charge for 1 hour before event start.
